Can I place an order off-line?

What if I have a problem while placing an order?

How do I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?
If you change your mind once your order has been submitted, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-387-6161.

Will I receive a confirmation that my order has been processed?
An order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail, if your order information included an e-mail address. Your confirmation will include an order number that you can reference if you have any future questions.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

When will my credit card be charged?
We do not charge your card until your order has been shipped.

How will my credit card be charged?
Please note that the charge on your credit card statement will appear as 'Fulfillment & Dist'n Center'.

What do I do if my credit card information is declined?
Once you have verified that the name, credit card number and expiration date are correct, you will receive a telephone call notifying you of the declined status. We are unable to provide information on why a card might have been declined. Occasionally, a credit card purchase is authorized at the time an order is placed, but declined at the time of shipping. We regret that this is not a situation that we can foresee or control, and recommend that you contact your issuing bank if this should occur.

I was on the web site and saw a product that I wanted to order, but when I came back later, it was no longer there. What happened?
The product you are looking for may be temporarily out of stock or no longer available. We make every attempt to keep the site updated so that only items that are currently available are shown. However, if the item you wish to order becomes available again, we will post it on the site as soon as it is in stock.

Can you send me information on the product before I buy?
If you need product information other than what is listed on the site, please contact us at 1-800-387-6161 or e-mail us at Coleman Canada. We will be happy to provide you with any additional information.

Do you provide care instructions for the apparel you carry?
All apparel sold on the online store has tags indicating care instructions.

Gift Giving

If you would like to send gifts to an alternate address, please follow these steps.

Shipping address
All you have to do is provide us with the shipping address on the order form. The site provides an area for billing information. If this is the only information filled out, this is where your order will be shipped. If you would like your order shipped to an alternate address, simply fill in the appropriate billing information and then proceed to fill in the “ship to” information. This will allow your purchase to be charged and shipped accordingly.

Returns?
All sales on this site are final.

How do I return a defective or damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, a Customer Service Representative will assist you by calling 1-800-387-6161. Please make sure you notify the Customer Service Desk within 30 days of receiving your product.

What do I do if my order was shipped incomplete, or if I received the wrong item?
If you receive an order that is incomplete, or if the wrong item was shipped, please let us know. Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST), or via e-mail at Coleman Canada.

Turnaround Time
If all the products selected on your order are available, the processing time from receipt of order to shipping is 72 hours. This time allows for credit card processing, picking, packing and preparation for shipping. Shipping based on the destination, the delivery schedules will vary. From the printing of your packing slip, the delivery is one to two days for Ontario destinations. For each province outside of Ontario, please add one business day per province. If this is a rush order, please call the Customer Service line directly. Do not use the web-site to order.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are based on the total dollar value of your order and the delivery method selected.

Are all items shipped together?
Generally, all items on an order will ship together; however, there may be times when items cannot be shipped together. Reasons for this include bulky and over-sized items and items on back order.

How are taxes calculated on my order?
Taxes applied to your order will depend on the billing information. The amount of PST, GST and HST applied is determined by the tax regulations of the province of the billing address.
